Full-Time and Seasonal General Labourer - Multiple Locations

Position Requirements:

• Responsible for supporting the operations of the branch/terminal in bulk receiving, handling and shipping crop input products/ fertilizer
• Primary Responsibilities include the operation of Rail offloading

Site Operations:

• Assist in receiving trucks, (or railcars and vessels where applicable) of fertilizer, seed, chemicals or other products as required
• Working on production line to package fertilizer or other dry products occasionally
• Continuously stack 25kg bags onto pallet and load packaged products with a forklift
• Assist operators for blending and loading of outbound trucks
• Make deliveries when requested
• Perform routine clean up and maintenance of the site
• Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor

• Decision-making and problem-solving skills
• Customer service orientation – when delivering or picking up products at the branch
• Mechanically inclined

The Right Experience:

• Ability to lift 25kg continuously
• DZ license an asset
• Forklift certificate preferred
• Experience performing safe operation of rail car offloading
• Experience with receiving, handling and shipping bulk material
• Equipment experience in Front End Loader, Lift Truck
