About the Role
As a Millwright, you will play a critical role in maintaining and optimizing our equipment and facilities. Your work will directly support operational efficiency, safety, and service excellence within our agricultural operations.
What You’ll Do
- Install and assemble equipment such as conveyors, bins, dryers, and augers
- Perform routine maintenance, inspections, and repairs to keep equipment running efficiently
- Troubleshoot mechanical and basic electrical issues to minimize downtime
- Weld, fabricate, and modify parts as needed
- Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings
- Follow all safety procedures, including PPE and lockout/tagout protocols
- Maintain tools, document work, and support team projects as required
About You
- Experience in installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of industrial machinery
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and schematics
- Strong knowledge of mechanical systems, hydraulics, and pneumatics (robotics experience is an asset)
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
