About the Role

Sylvite is seeking a Seasonal Scale House Administrator to join our team in Putnam. This role is central to the daily coordination of branch activity, supporting both sales and transportation while ensuring efficient movement of product through the scale house.

What You’ll Do:

  • Coordinate movements and orders of fertilizer to support daily operations.
  • Perform sales administrative functions including invoicing, statements, and responding to customer inquiries.
  • Provide support to dispatch as needed to ensure efficient scheduling and logistics.
  • Act as the main scale house coordinator by greeting, directing, and weighing incoming and outgoing trucks.
  • Maintain a professional and customer-focused approach when interacting with customers and truck drivers.
  • Support phones and general office duties as required.
  • Document processes and maintain accurate records related to daily activities.
  • Collaborate with team members across departments to support overall branch operations.
  • Identify opportunities to improve processes, systems, and efficiencies.
  • Contribute to a safe, clean, and organized work environment in compliance with Occupational Health and Safety standards.
