Operator/Loader
We are seeking an Operator/Loader to support our Nu-Tec team in Putnam. This role plays an important part in supporting daily plant operations, product handling, packaging, and shipping activities while maintaining a safe and efficient work environment.

About the Role
As an Operator/Loader at Nu-Tec, you will play an important role in supporting plant operations through product handling, packaging, shipping, receiving, and general site support activities. This position helps ensure products move safely and efficiently throughout the facility while supporting production and customer service standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support daily plant operations alongside the Plant Supervisor
- Load, unload, package, stack, and move products safely and efficiently
- Operate forklifts and palletizing equipment as required
- Assist with receiving, blending, packaging, and production line activities
- Review shipping documents and label products accurately
- Perform routine cleanup, housekeeping, and basic site maintenance
- Follow all health, safety, and environmental procedures, including PPE requirements
- Maintain a professional attitude with customers, drivers, vendors, and team members
- Work effectively both independently and as part of a team
- Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor
About You

Hard-working with a willingness to take direction.

Ability to lift 25kg continuously.

Forklift experience is an asset or willingness to obtain in-house forklift certification.

Experience in manufacturing, production, agriculture, or plant operations is considered an asset.
