General Labourer
We are seeking a General Labourer to support our Nu-Tec team in Putnam. This role plays an important part in supporting day-to-day plant operations including product handling, packaging, production support, housekeeping, and general site maintenance.

About the Role
As a General Labourer at Nu-Tec, you will support daily plant operations including packaging, stacking, production support, site maintenance, and general facility operations. This role helps ensure products and operations run safely, efficiently, and in accordance with quality and safety standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support daily plant operations alongside the Plant Supervisor
- Assist with packaging, stacking, tote filling, and production line activities
- Support bulk receiving, blending, and other site functions as required
- Label bags and operate palletizing equipment as needed
- Perform routine housekeeping and site cleanup including sweeping and shoveling
- Follow all health, safety, and environmental procedures, including PPE requirements
- Maintain a professional attitude with customers, vendors, and team members
- Work effectively both independently and within a team environment
- Report all incidents, near misses, and safety concerns immediately
- Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor
About You
- Ability to lift 25kg continuously
- Willingness to obtain in-house forklift certification
- Strong work ethic and willingness to take direction
- Positive attitude with strong teamwork and communication skills
- Ability to work safely and efficiently in a fast-paced environment
