  • Maintain accurate inventory records, including consignment inventory, available tonnes, and reorder points
  • Monitor inventory levels to prevent stockouts or overstock situations across locations
  • Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies in collaboration with internal teams
  • Manage large-volume inbound shipments, including coordinating vessel arrivals, warehouse discharge planning, and distribution to branches and customers
  • Provide regular updates on inventory movement, unloading schedules, and external factors such as weather impacting logistics
  • Support customer and account communication, including scheduling updates, warehouse hours, and service changes
  • Assist with month-end reconciliation and reporting processes
  • Participate in on-call support during peak spring and fall seasons

About You

  • 2+ years of experience in logistics, inventory management, or a related field
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, with a strong emphasis on Excel
  • Strong customer service mindset with a collaborative approach
  • High attention to detail with a focus on accuracy
  • Strong planning, organization, and time management skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
