Job Responsibilities:

Materials Handling:

• Loading and unloading product into and from truck trailers using forklift truck or pump truck (and other equipment as assigned)
• Dock tagging and measuring product
• Hand-bombing product from trailer to pallet and other as assigned
• Load orders of a manifest sheet
• Maintain and organize inventory

Computer Work:

• Printing Dock tags
• General administrative assistant to Warehouse Manager

Safe Work Practices:

• Following safety procedures in order to perform all aspects of the job in a safe manner for him/herself and others
• Wearing personal protective equipment required
• Maintain a clean workplace
• Participating in health & safety courses, as required

Other Duties:

• Assisting others in the department as instructed by their supervisor.

Education/Experience:

• 1-2 years experience in materials handling in a warehouse.
• Certified Forklift Operator (Preferred, but not required)
• This is a full-time position, available to work Monday to Friday. Shift: 4:00 am to 12:00 pm
• We cross dock and load full transports.
• Our terminal is located in Akron.
