Job Responsibilities:

• Pickup and delivery of company trucks / trailers.
• Load and unload trailer contents in a safe manner, following required procedures
• Daily coordination with Dispatch Department
• Complete daily truck inspections
• Report all vehicle or trailer damage as immediately as possible
• Follow safe driving techniques, participate and contribute to company safety programs.
• While operating a company vehicle, the employee is required to comply with all laws whether provincial, state or federal, Canadian or U.S
• Performs other duties as assigned by the supervisor or terminal manager.
• This is full time position, with full time hours.

Requirements:

• 2 years verifiable and solid experience with a Class A License
• With a valid Class A CDL Licence
• Clean MVR
• You must be bondable.
• Successfully passing an extensive
• Clean Police Clearance Certificate
• We have day and night shift available, please let us know your preference.
• Night Time Runs: 8 pm and 1 am runs. Note: They run until the runs are done, but they are back daily.
• All runs start from Lordstown.
• 8pm: 53 foot van to Erie Pa empty out and return to Lordstown with pallets or empty.
• 1 am: Van to Erie empty van and switch trails in the chip doors and take chips to Canton, OH and return to Lordstown with empty van.
• The drivers get paid for miles, work load, drops hooks etc.
