Job Responsibilities:

• Pickup and delivery of company trucks / trailers (straight truck will be required to use a pallet jack and liftgate potentially on a daily basis)
• Load and unload trailer contents in a safe manner, following required procedures
• Daily coordination with Dispatch Department
• Complete daily truck inspections
• Report all vehicle or trailer damage as immediately as possible
• Follow safe driving techniques, participate and contribute to company safety programs.
• Adhere to all laws, Federal, Regional and jurisdictional as outlined in the Federal Motor Carrier Safety Standards
• Performs other duties as assigned by the supervisor or terminal manager

Requirements:

• You must have 2 solid years for driving experience
• With a Class B license
• This is for CDL Class B LTL runs all around Ohio
• Clean MVR
• You must be bondable
• Monday to Friday day shift, 8 to 12 hours
• All runs start from our Akron terminal
